Data are displayed in chart form through the development of real-time analysis software. The raw data is drawn as a chart of fluorescence intensity relative to the number of cycles. After the original data is collected, analysis can begin. The software of the real-time device can normalize the collected data to make up for the difference in background fluorescence. After normalization, the domain value level can be set and the fluorescence data can be analyzed.
